Just two days before the Great Parade, amidst final preparations for the event, the Parade Committee has released a statement to the community.

Important Information
Please read the instructions below before planning your arrival to the Parade.
Buses
All buses should drive down the Northern service road (coming from Troy Ave.), only Parade Buses and 15 passenger vans will be allowed past Albany Ave.
Boy’s only groups: Buses drop kids off at corner of Kingston Ave.,
Girls and Chabad house groups, Special needs groups and all Preschools: Drop off at the corner of Brooklyn Ave.
After they drop off the children they make a left on Brooklyn Continue to Nostrand Ave. and make a left, at Rutland Ave.
Parking will be available in the parking lot of Wingate High School, located on Kingston Ave. between Rutland and Clarkson; –
You will also meet your bus there after the Parade/Fair.
BUSES WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE PARADE AREA UNTILL 10:00 SHARP, ANY BUS COMING AFTER THAT WILL BE DIRECTED TO ST. JOHNS, AND THE CHILDREN WILL UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO WALK UP TO EASTERN PARKWAY FROM THERE.
PSA: that there will be NO PARKING on both service lanes on EP from Albany till Brooklyn, from 11pm after Shabbos, till Sunday around 3pm. No parking will also be enforced on Albany Ave. from EP till East NY from 7am Sunday till 7pm and the same applies to East NY bet Albany and Brooklyn.
Pedestrian Arrivals
1. Kingston Ave. from President to Eastern Parkway will be closed to all pedestrian traffic.
2. Boy schools are to arrive through Albany Ave. (Oholei Torah should walk on the Northern side of EP till Kingston, and then enter their zone).
3. Girls schools, Chabad house and community groups should all arrive through Brooklyn Ave.
The NYPD asked that all pedestrians walking to the Parade area should please stay on the far side of Brooklyn – avoiding disturbing the service of other houses of worship (corner of Union St).

Themed Parade accompanied by Avraham Fried, MBD, Benny Friedman and Uncle Moishy.
11:30AM: The Great March
Led by the US Armed Forces and the High Ranking Soldiers in Tzivos Hashem – G-d’s Army.
All Groups will march in the following order:
11:45AM Children with Special Needs
11:55AM Kindergardens and Playgroups
12:10PM Released Time Program of Greater NY
12:25PM Community Groups
12:45PM Boys Elementary Schools
1:00PM Girls Elementary Schools
