A powerful and uplifting evening in honor of the 123rd birthday of the Rebbe will take place in Los Angeles on Tuesday, April 8, Eve of 11 Nissan at 7:00 PM at Maybourne Beverly Hills, 225 North Canon Drive.
This unity event will feature:
Rabbi Mendel Kalmenson – internationally acclaimed speaker and author – presenting his newly released book, “On Purpose”, which offers practical, life-changing wisdom to help live with clarity, intention, and meaning. Book signing to follow.
Rabbi Boruch Shlomo Cunin, Head Shliach of the West Coast, will also address the crowd. As the Rebbe’s personal emissary and representative for over five decades, Rabbi Cunin will share reflections on the Rebbe’s legacy and the continued impact of his mission.
Cheder Menachem Boys Choir will perform live, adding beautiful song and spirit to the night.
Special Civic Recognition
As part of the evening, the City of Beverly Hills will present a formal Proclamation declaring April 9, 2025 as Education and Sharing Day, recognizing the Rebbe’s dedication to moral and ethical education for all.
This special moment will be led by Dr. Sharon A. Nazarian, first-ever Jewish Persian immigrant woman to serve as Mayor of Beverly Hills, as she presents the proclamation — a meaningful tribute to the Rebbe’s universal message and impact.
