Mr. Armand Koskas has been missing since Wednesday.
Mr. Koskas is a senior member of Manhattan Sephardic Congregation, and suffers from Alzheimer disease.
He was last seen on Sept. 11, 10:30 AM in the vicinity of Madison Ave. and 94th St, wearing black shoes, a white shirt, and navy blue pants.
