Close to one hundred students of Lubavitcher Yeshiva got together for a most exciting and Lebedike Adar dancing in the ULY ballroom, a project of the Mishmor learning program.
There they enjoyed live music, food and drinks, Freiliche dancing, and of course all while dressed in creative and exciting Purim costumes.
Twenty five Bochurim of Oholei Torah Zal were also there, adding much to the electrifying atmosphere. There was also a surprise performance by an amazing fire juggler, which entertained the crowd with breathtaking tricks. The joyous spirit of Chodesh Adar was well felt in the air.
The Mishmor students also enjoyed an interactive and enjoyable game show at the Jewish Children’s Museum, they were split into two teams, and were challenged with questions about the Yom Tov of Purim. Both teams showed great knowledge as well as team effort throughout the games.
A special thanks goes to Rabbi Simpson and Rabbi Turk for making this all happen. Also, a special thanks goes to Bochurim Yisroel Yarmak and Levi Goldshmid who work tirelessly for the success of Mishmor 5774.
