Sari Kopitnikoff, an educator, digital artist, and educational performer, has announced the release of three innovative Aleph Bet books designed to bring Hebrew learning to life for children.
Kopitnikoff, who is passionate about creating books, games, activities, shows, and virtual challenges that make Judaism engaging, has spent the last decade teaching elementary through high school. Her work extends far beyond the classroom, inspiring Jewish learning across the globe.
A graduate of Yeshiva University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology, a master’s in Jewish Education, and a Certificate in Experiential Jewish Education, she also minored in Art and studied computer graphics and animation at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
In 2014, she launched That Jewish Moment—a colorful, heartfelt collection of drawings, programs, and educational materials that showcase the beauty of Jewish life. Her free resources can be found at thatjewishmoment.com, and she is active on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok under @thatjewishmoment.
Her three new Aleph Bet books are:
Color by Aleph: Art Fun with Hebrew Letters – Twenty creative, Jewish-themed coloring puzzles for ages 7+, where the full picture is revealed only once the image is completely colored in.
Aleph to Tav!: A Color-Me Intro to Jewish Life – Each letter is paired with a Jewish concept to color, followed by practice space for writing the letter.
The Aleph Bet Bunch: A Fun Guide to Hebrew Shapes and Sounds – Hebrew letters come to life with playful visual and auditory mnemonics. Available in softcover, hardcover, Kindle, and PDF formats.
Early feedback has been enthusiastic, and Kopitnikoff hopes these books will spark joy and creativity in children learning the Aleph Bet this school year.
The books can be purchased on Amazon and at https://www.thatjewishmoment.com/books
