The Vaad Hakohol/CHJCC Board members met with the 71st Precinct’s Commanding Officer, Deputy Inspector Ronald Perez, along with community Liaison Sgt. Mike Baratta and their team.
They congratulated the Deputy Inspector on his recent promotion and welcomed the opportunity to begin building strong working relationships with him and his staff.
The meeting focused on preparing for the upcoming Tishrei season, discussing community safety in Crown Heights, and collaboration with local partners such as Shmira, Shomrim, and Hatzalah and CHJCC. “Together, we are working to expand community access to security resources and develop long-term strategies to keep our neighborhood safe,” the CHJCC said.
They also expressed our deep appreciation to the Deputy Inspector and his team for their ongoing dedication and service. We encourage our community members to thank our officers whenever they see them, small gestures that help strengthen these vital relationships.
“We are excited about this new chapter of partnership with the 71st Precinct and look forward to continued collaboration for the betterment of our community,” they said.

Please make sure the Jewish gangs don’t roam the streets on Sukkos. They use every holy celebration as an opportunity to be noisy, rowdy, wild, and raunchy. I wonder who the parents are and why they don’t take care of their kids…
At least you have alot of emunah in these people.
lets hope that translates to action in them…..
