Crown Heights boys clothing store Boytique is moving to a new storefront location on Kingston Avenue within a month, COLlive has learned.
Owner Chaim Sorkin, a Crown Heights resident, told COLlive he will relocate to the former location of Kingston Bargain Center, a discount store which closed recently after more than 15 years in business.
Sorkin says his business has grown considerably since opening ten years ago, and has outgrown its current basement location.
Boytique offers “affordable clothing, with even better prices than Borough Park and Williamsburg for quality clothing,” Sorkin says. “Residents do not need to travel out of Crown Heights for quality boys clothing.”
He said plans for the future include an expanded line of menswear.
DOES ANYONE HAVE A PHONE NUMBER?

WE buy MOST OF OUR boys’ clothes in Boytique (and I have 4 of them!) and it will be nice to have an expanded, more convenient location. I just wish they’d give a discount for frequent flyers. I have spent thousands with them over the years.

Kol Hakavod Reb Sorkin! may you go from strength to strength!

I LOVE BOYTIQUE!! I ONLY SHOP FOR MY BOYS AT BOYTIQUE FROM HEAD TO TOE!!
Talking about Crown Heights stores opening up at noon time……I’m an out of towner and many times I’m in crown heights for a Simcha for one day and can only shop in the morning before catching an afternoon flight home.. … I’m always disappointed that stores don’t open till close to noon. I try to “chap arein” to purchase all the clothes, hosiery, Judaica and goodies we don’t get out of town. I’ve even been in Crown Heights for key weekends, Gimmel Tammuz, Shluchim Kinnus…etc… and would think that store merchants would open early in the morning for the thousands… Read more »
I love shopping there. I am a shlucha to far to go in. They always put my orders together and someone coming to us picks it up. There staff is not always so courtieous, but their prices are GREAT. I hope that stays the same – or we and MANY others will be shopping elsewhere 🙁

and theyve been opening at 12- so hopefully a lil earlier now. why do stores open so late???????? they should alll b open by 9!
I’m happy for Boytique and wish them Mazal, but I feel sad for The Bargain Center that he had to close. I wish him much Hatzlacha on whatever he undertakes.
I hope they keep their prices low like they are now. Hatzlacha to my former BR student & her husband.
And yes, a discount to “frequent fliers” is a good idea, as well as to shluchim.
Will they open before 11 now, or is it still Crown Heights where people can’t get out of bed before 10?
I am always needing things from boytique but never getting there because I always have a stroller. YAY!

I buy all my boys’ clothes in Boytique (and I have 5 of them!) and it will be nice to have an expanded, more convenient location. I just wish they’d give a discount for frequent flyers. I have spent thousands with them over the years.
Very happy to hear. I hope they will still have good prices. If not, I will have to start going elsewhere. Wishing you much Hatzlacha…

aww, no more running just across the street for my sister, to pick up clothes for her boys!
but hatzlacha to them, a bigger, and more central location will certainly be better for their business!
