Why does it not say “a jew who converts” ?
If the convert soul was present at Sinai, but belong to the nations who did not wanted the Torah but this sould did yes want it.
How comes there is no diffrence in the soul, if you are a real decendant from Avraham Yitzchak and Yaakov to a convert who is a decendant of a totaly diffrentnation ?
There is NO difference between the soul of a Jew by birth and the soul of a Jew converted K’Hallacha. The soul of every Jew who will ever live was present a Har Sinai, that includes the souls of all Jews converted K’Hallacha (In fact, this is the only reason why Rabbonim perform conversions.) Further, Gemara Masekhes Shabbos 68a refers to a person who underwent a conversion as “a CONVERT WHO CONVERTS,” instead of a gentile who converts.
