The second annual Jewish Community Heroes contest is nearing its end, with 16 Lubavitchers in the running.
Voting has been extended to noon on Friday, October 15th.
The second-annual Jewish Community Heroes campaign organized by The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) celebrates the selflessness and courage of those who put others before themselves.
From the semifinalists—the top 20 nominations voted on by the public via the online vote—a panel of judges selects the five finalists, all of whom receive a Heroes grant.

Enough already? When you have the opportunity of helping out a shliach financially by spending 30 seconds clicking and reposting to your facebook, without costing you any money. Shame on you. Nowhere do we learn that there is such a concept as “enough tzedakah”
Unfortunately, Kohls contest detroyed any voting the Chabad Community will be doing for the next little while. Although, I checked the leaderboard and noticed that 3 Shluchim were up there.

I totally agree with you that the voting is getting a little much and annoying. HOWEVER to the people elidgable to win this contest it is not just “any other contest” it is one that could really help them in their personal shlichus. so even though its annoying give the two seconds out of your day to help a fellow lubavitcher!
