Over 14 days surrounding Yud Shevat, Rabbi David Eliezrie, author of Undaunted, the bestselling biography of the Frierdiker Rebbe, embarked on a whirlwind tour that brought him to communities across four countries and ten cities.
From the lively energy of Chabad of Soho in New York to the warm spirit of Anash in Golders Green and Belgravia in London — and onward to Toronto, Montreal, in Florida, Parkland, Boca Beach, and Sunny Isles. Atlanta, Georgia, Boston, and even Israel — each stop carried the same message of inspiration and resilience.
“It was an exhausting yet uplifting trip,” Rabbi Eliezrie shared with a smile. “Everywhere I went, I was amazed to see the incredible success and devotion of shluchim around the world.”
His talks drew diverse audiences — from young professionals in New York to seasoned community members in London and families in Parkland, Boca Raton, and Montreal. In London, Yechiel Wilhelm Gabay of Heichal Menachem described the lecture as “absolutely fascinating,” capturing the enthusiasm that followed Rabbi Eliezrie throughout his journey.
The trip also sparked meaningful conversations. N’shei Chabad in Toronto hosted an interview with Esther Zirkind, while in Montreal, Shlucha Devorah Shanowitz led a heartfelt discussion.
In many cities, farbrengens followed the lectures, spilling late into the night as participants shared stories, songs, and spirited l’chaims. In Toronto’s yeshiva, a special farbrengen brought students together in a deep and personal connection to the Rebbe’s legacy.
Reflecting on the experience, Rabbi Eliezrie said, “It’s a joy to share the Frierdiker Rebbe’s remarkable story with such a wide audience. The Rebbe is a timeless role model — teaching us how to confront antisemitism, to understand the essence of Jewish continuity, to persevere through adversity, and, above all, to inspire the next generation with Chassidic values.”
Along the way, Rabbi Eliezrie did a series of podcasts, 18-40 with Rabbi Dovid Bashevkin, Lamplighters with Gary Waelik, and 613 Books with Heather Dean. Mishpacha Magazine did a major feature on Undaunted, there were reviews and articles in Jewish Link, Jewish Press, the LA Jewish Journal.
The journey isn’t over yet. Rabbi Eliezrie’s Undaunted tour continues through the summer.
Since Yud Shevat he has spoken in Los Angeles, Los Feliz, Fairfax (VA), and Gaithersburg (MD). In the coming weeks he will travel to Chicago, Houston, Bellaire (TX), North Miami Beach, UK and Slovakia.
For Gimmel Tammuz, he’ll travel to South Africa, culminating in a tour across Australia in honor of Yud Beis Tammuz — continuing to bring the Frierdiker Rebbe’s story, and its enduring message, to Jewish communities around the globe.

The book gives you a real insight to the Freidiker Rebbs life. His struggles and hardships but more importantly his phenomenal perseverance and determination to keep yiddishkeit alive.
Thank you Rabbi Eliezrie.
Hopefully it leads readers to study his teachings (who otherwise would not).
