A new track titled “Batei Chabad” has been released, created and produced by Zalmy Chanowitz, capturing the enduring light of shlichus and the unbroken chain of dedication that defines Chabad Houses across the globe.
Released in honor of Yud Shvat, the song is dedicated to the memory of R’ Moshe Kotlarsky, R’ Gabi and Rivki Holtzberg, R’ Tzvi Kogan, R’ Eli Schlanger, and R’ Yaakov Levitan. Each of these shluchim lived a life of selfless devotion to the Rebbe’s mission and to the Jewish people, bringing warmth, faith, and connection to communities worldwide.
The Rebbe taught that darkness is not pushed away, but transformed, through the addition of light. This message lies at the heart of “Batei Chabad,” which draws inspiration from the thousands of shluchim and shluchos who journey to the farthest corners of the world to uplift, inspire, and ignite Jewish life.
Vocals by Levi Sasonkin and Nachi Forster add a powerful emotional layer to the track, giving voice to the song’s message of continuity, purpose, and hope.
“Batei Chabad” stands as a musical tribute to the light that continues to spread, one Chabad House at a time, across every corner of the world.
