You cannot eat a fish that is alive. It does not need shchita because as soon as it is out of the water it’s considered ‘dead’, but still assur to eat it alive. See Rema.

If it is suggested in the Torah that fish may be eaten alive which would by default mean raw. Then there is no concept of bishul akum by fish. Which means all canned tuna with any hechsher is good.

    Grasshoppers

    Grasshoppers

See rashi in parshas shmini- only a certain species of grasshoppers are kosher and since we cannot identify the ones that are we do not eat any.

@ the rov Eating a fish while it is still alive is like eiver min hachai- not allowed! Eating a DEAD fish that is Raw (i.e. uncooked) is a whole different story.

The correct answer is that both grasshoppers and fish are not allowed to be eaten alive.
