Please do the research on methylated b12 -methylcobalamin (instead of cynocobalamin) and folate (instead of folic acid) that most of us need these days. The non methylated versions are not helpful for those with MTHFR gene mutations (roughly half the population) and can sometimes do more damage than good. I wish Jewish companies were more aware of the proper and updated research and needs especially of those in the Jewish community. Thank you

Vitamins that are made from food contain various forms of vitamins, including Methylfolate. Curious to see the details.

I recall being at the Soldar presentation a long time ago, and i asked the chemist which vitamins she was taking personally morning and evening…. a big bell pepper breakfast, and water cress with broccoli by night before 7pm.
