I’m glad CHers grew up. When I was a kid there was a obsession with bashing those “bums” for following sports, to the extent that they kids in the class would commit lavim dorysa (like lashan hara and rachilus) towards those that enjoyed sports. The irony was that those kids had their own “schtick” but for some reason it was acceptable, so long as it wasn’t sports. Let the kids enjoy their sports, It will help them develop way more than Chabad polotics will…

I was on the plane last week flying from London to NY siting next to atheist and his atheist daughter and he tells me why was retail invented ?for the gentiles ,ok so he like Jewish jokes I daven in Bais Shmuel I rememderd all Rabbi YY Jacobson jokes from his speches on Shabbos at the end the Girl took a set of Shbbos candels from me to light on Friday I needed to reach her with the Rabbis jokes ,they may have a bigger affect then his Torah

It once happened that the rebbe came to 770 and noticed rabbi groner was a bit asleep. To wake him up a bit the rebbe suprisingly asked who won last night the yankees or the mets? Don’t be so fast to judge. It was a wonderful simcha with so muchh divrie torah and chizuk.
