An unprecedented 600 bochurim took the Second Halikut test this Sunday.
This year, in a historic first, it is the bochurim who themselves completed Chelek Chof as a part of the Halikut Program, that are now running it as Shluchim in Yeshivos worldwide.
“You can imagine their passion and zeal with which they encourage bochurim to participate in the program and to learn Sichos properly!” organizers said.
