40 Girls Embark on Life Changing Adventure in Brazil

Camp Gan Israel Brazil 2025 was nothing short of extraordinary —a vibrant fusion of thrilling adventure, soul-stirring inspiration, and joyful Chassidishe warmth.

This unique three-week travel camp brought together 9th and 10th grade girls from around the globe to explore the beauty, culture, and spirituality of tropical Brazil in a way only CGI Brazil can deliver.

From the colorful streets of Rio de Janeiro to the majestic wonderof Iguazu Falls, from the modern energy of São Paulo to the historic charm of Recife, the campers embarked on a journey that was as physically exhilarating as it was spiritually uplifting.

Led with heart and dedication by Rabbi Chaim and Bassie Weitman, along with the guidance of Rabbi Dovid and Sonia Weitman and the passionate camp staff, each day was packed with meaningful experiences and unforgettable adventures.

Whether rafting through rivers, snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, jeeping through rugged trails, or riding horseback under the Brazilian sun— every activity was infused with ruach and connection.

Daily shiurim, farbrengens, and visits with local Shluchim broughtthe girls closer to their Yiddishkeit, strengthening their Hiskashrus to the Rebbe and deepening their pride in being young Chassidishe women. The atmosphere was electric, filled with laughter,discovery, and true friendship.The success of this incredible summer is a true testament to thededication, warmth, and hard work of the entire staff.

As the girls returned home, they carried with them not only breathtaking memories and lifelong friendships but also a renewed sense ofpurpose and a passionate commitment to grow in Torah, mitzvos,and spreading light wherever they go.
