An accident that involved 3 vehicles had a busy intersection in Brooklyn’s Crown Heights neighborhood closed off on Friday afternoon, a short while before Shabbos began.
The collision happened on Eastern Parkway and Albany Avenue at 3:30 PM resulted in around 6 people injured, among them 3 Chabad bochurim who were driving a black Honda Odyssey minivan.
Volunteers of Hatzalah emergency medical service (EMS) rushed to the scene to help the injured – most of them only lightly.
The bochurim were taken to King County Hospital.
The liquid is radiator fluid.
Probably windshield wiper fluid. If it was blood, it would not say injured lightly.
Oy. So sad.
Please say the liquid under the car is not blood, just I don’t know, gas or something. Please. Crown Heights can’t handle any more trauma. I know it said most were only lightly injured, but still.
Hope everyone is okay
