An inspirational Yud Tes Kislev was celebrated at the Lincoln Place Shul and Beis Hamedrash with a festive meal and a lively atmosphere.
Members, friends and supporters gathered from Crown Heights and from afar to celebrate with Rabbi Meyer Shushan – Shul’s Rabbi and Shliach in Crown Heights.
The event was sponsored by Mr. Shmuel Salfati, a close friend and supporter of The Lincoln Place Shul, who shared warm words of Chasidus with the crowd.
Mr. Itzchak Bitton from the Sepharadic Shul in Beit Mazal, infused joy and happiness while singing his famous hit “he was a holy man, baal Shemtov”
A video of the Rebbe was projected inspiring the crowd to have more bitachon in business.
Also attending the Farbrengen was Mayer Herskovics, a former shmira volunteer in Williamsburg, falsely accused of gang assault, risking 15 years in prison who attended last year’s Yud tes kislev Farbrengen to get a Bracha and words of inspiration before his trial; miraculously his case was overturned, he was found innocent, against the first court decision. Mayer this year came to say Lechaim for his own Podo Beshalom Nafshi.
Many took upon themselves the resolution to strengthen the learning of Chasidus and Tanya in particular.
The Lincoln Place Shul and Beis Hamedrash is a vibrant shul located in north Crown Heights, with Shiurim activities and gatherings for all.
