A series of events are taking place this week at the International Convention Center in Jerusalem to celebrate Yud Tes Kislev, the Rosh Hashana of Chassidus.
The “Tzama” events, organized by Rabbi Moshe Shilat of Torat Chabad L’bnei Hayeshivot, brought together 10,000 people to mark the day the Alter Rebbe was freed to continue teaching and spreading Chassidus.
A total of 20,000 people are expected to come through the doors and attend farbrengens, shiurim, musical events and a mass seforim sale.
Leading the first events were the Mashpiim Rabbi Zalman Gopin of Kfar Chabad, Rabbi Chaim Sholom Deitsch of Jerusalem and Rabbi Shabtai Slavaticki of Antwerp, Belgium. Singing nigunim were Avraham Fried, Zanvil Weinberger and Yosef Karduner.
Wow 10,000 people the main thing is you all had a good time and that’s the most important thing
