It was a room packed with over 1,000 women who were all there for one cause: To celebrate Yud Tes Kislev and be united as a community to bring Moshiach.
“I’ve never felt more connected with my Crown Heights community more than last night,” said one participant.
The event began with a 35-minute summary of the Tanya by Mrs. Sara Blau, followed by videos of the Rebbe, a choir, a dance, and video presentations.
Inspired by and in merit of a Refua Shelaima for a young baby girl, a new project was announced: “Project CommUNITY.”
“It says that Hashem rests when we are united,” said Leah Engel, during her address at the event, “It’s time for our community to get together and reveal Hashem’s shechina.”
The goal of a new community-wide initiative, “Project C,” is to accomplish just that. Project Community is an initiative to get together with neighbors and friends of your surrounding area and make block gatherings to learn Inyonei Geula Moshiach to hasten Moshiach’s coming, organizers explained.
If you haven’t yet joined, it’s not too late. Please look at the map below, find your location and text the leader of your location. She will add you to the texting group, and you will be informed every time there’s a gathering. Please note, you will only be receiving a text once a month when a gathering will be taking place, as not to overload your inbox.
May the first block gathering take place in Yerushlayim Ir Hakodesh with Moshiach’s coming now!

crowd was besides being a wonderful program & event it was all inclusive! American born & raised girls & women, may understand some other languages to an extent, but not enough to benefit & learn from a complete program in for example, Hebrew. That’s a significant amount of potential participants here in Brooklyn!!
just prior to this amazing gathering I had begun to wonder what’s with all these separate N’shei Chabad’s, ( Hebrew speaking N’shei, Young N’shei, Russian N’shei, etc.) all separate divisions only in Crown Heights. It bothered me when on יד Kislev there was an event for Hebrew speaking N’shei exclusively. I felt left out of an important holiday and had no desire to join this myriad division ladies organization any longer. This last event made me a healthy positive unity again that I had begun to question.
This was my first ever Nshei event in CH and I honestly had no idea what to expect. It was so inspiring and beautiful. Immediate and complete Refuah shlaima to this baby and to all who need.
to all you Crown Heightsers for attending and understanding
that it’s unity that could bring the Geulah and Refuah!!
So much dedication, ahava, and brilliance.
Loved every minute. A treasure to Hashem no doubt.
thank you

unity started the minute all age groups joined for this special event. each group has something special to offer. hatzlochoh rabbah to all who are/ are going to be active in this project. moshiach now!
Nice to see people standing up and giving to the community.
It was so wonderful! Never felt more inspired from a nishei event. At first I thought it was called project Seed, thought that was a good name. Then someone told me it’s called project See. I thought that was also an amazing name- open your eyes. Now I see it’s called project C. They’ve really got it right how to finish off the gallus. This should speed the process up and bringthegeulla mi yad momesh and bring complete refuah.
