Mrs. Zissel Chana Wilhelm, a resident of Mea Shearim in Yerushalayim for the past 60 years and a regular congregant at the Chabad shul there, passed away on Shabbos, Chof Av 5771.
She was 84 and her levaya took place on Motzoei Shabbos at Har Hamenuchos.
A daughter of the shochet Rabbi Yechiel Yaakov Lichstein, her husband was R’ Asher Wilhelm OBM, from the respected Chabad chassidim in Yerushalayim.
She is survived by her children: R’ Pinchos Baruch Wilhelm of London, England; R’ Nachman Yosef Wilhelm of London, England; R’ Nachum Wilhelm of Yerushalayim; R’ Schneur Wilhelm of Bnei Brak and Rabbi Shlomo Wilhelm of Zhitomir, Shliach and Chief Rabbi of Western Ukraine, and daughters Mrs. Faiga Bukiet of Kfar Chabad and Mrs. Chaya Landa of Bnei Brak.
She is also survived by her siblings R’ Avraham Binyomin Wilhelm, R’ Moshe Mordechai Wilhelm, Mrs. Liba Zaltz and Mrs. Raizel Fishman.
