Chabad of Talbiya – Mamilla will be holding their 8th annual 19th Kislev event held in past years at the Jerusalem Great Synagogue or at the David Citadel hotel.
The year, it will be broadcast live from the Ohel Nechama Synagogue with a musical twist – The singers at the ‘Niggunim’ performance will be three generations of the Hershtik family – The ‘Vunderkind’ grandfather Chaim Eliezer Hershtik, his son Yisrael and grandson Yossi. They will be led by Avi Piamenta and musicians.
Rabbi Shlomo Riskin – Chief Rabbi of Efrat & founder of Ohr Torah Stone institutions, and Rabbi Nissan Dovid Dubov – Director of Chabad of South London, author and international lecturer will be speaking.
“The pandemic further amplifies the need to continue sharing the spirit and the song of chassidus with even greater strength than before,” notes Shliach Rabbi Eli Canterman.
