Dozens of young men of Crown Heights, members of various local Shuls, gathered on Thursday evening at an event to benefit the Friendship Circle.
Hosted by Dovi Lesches, Yossi Levin, Shraga Putter, Dovid Margolin, Chaim Kohn, Avi Lesches and Zalmy Levertov at the Jewish Children’s Museum, guests enjoyed a selection of beer by the Lost Tribes Brewing Co., along with Hors d’oeuvres and desserts.
Entertainment was by the popular Moshe Hecht band.
Participants heard from Friendship Circle of Crown Heights director Berel Majesky about supporting the locally-based organization which provides friendship and support to children with special needs and their families.
“The event was a great ‘icebreaker,'” Majesky told COLlive. “Our guests got a chance to learn about our programs and activities in a relaxed, social setting.”
