Last week, the Jewish world suffered a devastating tragedy when Sholom Ber Markel, a young boy from Pittsburgh, passed away.
He was 4 years old.
Immediately, the world around his family sprung into action, and made this tragedy their own.

Over 1,500 donors from around the world have come together to raise nearly $150,000 for the Markel family, offering a virtual shoulder to cry on, and ensuring that the financial unknown that surely lies ahead be just a little more bearable, allowing the Markel family to regroup and mourn.
