Tomchei Tmimim Lubavitch of Montreal launched the first of a series of inter-active workshops which will take place every Motzei Shabbat.
This past week the first workshop entitled “Safrus” was held, led by a well-known local Sofer, Rabbi David Cohen.
The Bochurim had the opportunity to ask questions and to explore a topic not typically covered in their daily studies. The upcoming topics are Kashrus, Shechita, Tzitzis making, and more
Judging from the 70 plus bochurim in the crowd, last night was a major success. The boys were enthusiastic and showed lots of interest.
The Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Leibel Kaplan, was pleased with the positive outcome and pledged the program will continue in the upcoming weeks.
The staff is absolutely 100% dedicated !!
