A Challah Bake event for women and girls took place Thursday evening in Crown Heights.
The event, hosted by the Nshei Chabad Mivtzoim committee, united seasoned Challah bakers with women who have never baked Challah before, in a true spirit of unity.
Under the guidance of Mrs. Chanie Minkowitz, participants learned about the process of baking Challah and the spiritual significance of each of the ingredients.
Inspirational insights were also given by the event’s MC Mrs. Miriam Friedfertig and Mrs. Sara Blau, and a musical performance was given by singer Golda Malka Orenstein.
The evening ended with participants singing and dancing together in joy and unity.

Looks lovely. I wanted to go with my daughter, but the notices I saw said high school and older. So I followed the “rules” and did not bring her (or myself). Such a shame.
Always so dedicated in whatever you do. You’re the best! -Myriam
