Wolowiks Begin New Torah

Rabbi Zalman and Chanie Wolowik, Chabad Shluchim to Long Island's Five Towns whose 9-year-old son Levi passed away, began Sunday writing a new Torah scroll in an emotional ceremony at their home in Woodmere, NY. In the presence of family and friends, they wrote the first letters with the help of scribe Rabbi Moshe Klein. Photos

It is very likely that the family will be reading these posts.

THINK if you are writing to vent YOUR feelings, or if their will COMFORT the FAMILY?

My wife Sara & I are still shocked. This tragic loss of a boy so young & the emotional pain Rabbi Wolowik & his wife Chani have to bear is heart wrenching. May H’ bless them with strength to carry on with their shlichus and to merit Mashiach immediately in our days so they may reunite with their beautiful boy Levi Yitzchak OBM.
