A Jewish owned vehicle in the Brooklyn neighborhood in Crown Heights is the latest casualty that Jewish people have been enduring in recent months.
The owner of an Infiniti QX60 had his luxury SUV parked on Troy Avenue, between Maple and Midwood, and discovered on Wednesday morning that its rear window was smashed.
“I’m adding this to your hate crime collection,” he wryly reported to COLlive.com about the incident which he attributes to the series of anti-Semitic crimes in New York and New Jersey.
The owner reported that there were many cars parked along the street, but his was the only one that had its windows smashed.
“I’m assuming it was because of the Menorah on the roof.”
The young father, who asked not to be named, made it clear that “everything was intact and nothing was touched” in the vehicle, ruling out a burglary.
He said he is in the process of filing a report with the New York Police Department.

Ps I saw this car and broken glass
So I’m a witness this is not fake news
And I see this at least once a week

Another black neighbor does not want any black teenagers near his house because they cause trouble. Being an out-of-towner I sure learned this the hard way, and if I ever again see a group of teens my plan is to follow them… Read more »

They have it! Just got it today
They’re either ticketing our cars for having a menorah, like the one in monsey or smashing the windows for having a menorah, like the goons here. We go about the business of spreading light. They have their ways of spending their time.. and we have ours.
