Him and his brother in-law R’ Mordechai Mentlik were two special chassidim totally given over to the rebbe.

in 5736 in was about to rain the rebbe said the kohanim should say birchas kohanim that it should not rain
you havn’t changed a bit, besides a couple of grey wiskers — keep up the good work.
I assume, probably birchas kohanim, no?
