After 158 days of hospitalization with a severe case of Covid-19, Rabbi Yudi Dukes of the Jnet organization was discharged on Friday to continue his recovery at Rusk Rehab.
Thousands around the world followed Yudi’s progress and added in good deeds and prayer in his merit.
Before leaving the hospital, Yudi thanked the many around the world who prayed for his recovery. He also thanked his doctor and nurses at NYU Hospital for the excellent care, including Rafi Kurtz, and special nurses Doba and Bruria who were always there for him.
He had special thanks for the staff of Merkos 302, Directed by Rabbi Mendy Kotlarsky, as well as Chabad of the Five Towns, led by Shluchim Rabbi Zalman and Chani Wolowik, for their unending support to him and his family.
A recent campaign was set up to raise funds to aid in his full recovery. You can still donate at bringyudihome.com.
