Rabbi Menachem Kutner, Director of Chabad’s Terror Victims Project (CTVP), led a group, including Rabbi David Dahan from Israel and Rabbi Mendel Rosenblum from Pittsburgh, to Tekoa in the Gush Etzion region of Israel.
They met with the family of Dalia Lamkos, who was brutally murdered two years ago in an Arab terror attack at the intersection of Alon Shvut.
All the visitors expressed their strong solidarity with Dalia’s family and brought them, among other things, financial assistance to help with the special ceremony that is going to be held on the 17 of Cheshvan marking her second yahrzeit.
It is anticipated that hundreds of family and friends will join together to remember her.
Most dedicated shluchim out there!
Rabbi Dahan’s work never stops. Yasher koach.
