With sadness we inform you of the untimely passing of Velvel Kutsy, a father and Crown Heights resident on Wednesday, 13 Kislev, 5780.
He was 35.
He is survived by his 3 young children.
The levaya will take place today, passing by 770 at 3 pm.

So sorry to hear this tragic news! He suffered and struggled and went thru gehennim, and now this? May he rest in peace in Gan Eden.
People need to understand the uphill battle Ba’al tesuhvas face in our community, esp once we have children, and struggle to fit in to the Yeshiva system.
Velvel will always be a tzaddik in my eyes, and that is exactly what I will tell his precious children, if I ever have the chance.
