The little baby, who suffers from a rare disease called Type 1 Glutaric Acid has had not one but two strokes in her tiny life. Suri’s condition is so rare that it is not covered by the national health insurance in Eretz Yisroel. Her family consequently has had no choice but to go into debt in order to afford their precious baby’s life-saving treatments.
Jewish donors across the globe have rallied and raised almost $50,000 to save Baby Suri’s life by helping her parents afford her expensive medication. But her more recent second stroke has posed as a true danger to her life. Right now, treatment for Suri means everything. Suri’s mother asks viewers to help save her baby’s story in a chilling video:
