Yud Tes Kislev left an unforgettable impression on the Talmidim of United Lubavitcher Yeshiva. With the special events geared for each age group, the Talmidim gathered inspiration from the Rosh Hashana L’Chasidus for their whole year.
Directed by Tzivos Hashem Base Commander Rabbi Yossi Teleshevsky, the 7th graders prepared a captivating Yud Tes Kislev play through which the Talmidim of all the grades relived 4 scenes from the Alter Rebbe’s arrest and liberation, with emphasis on the lessons for us today. The acting, props and backdrops set an immersive experience the audience will never forget.
Special Yom Tov Seudos were held for each division. Rabbi Y. Simpson and guest speaker, Rabbi Michy Marozov, shared stories and inspiration to the gathered Talmidim.
The Talmidim of the younger division enjoyed a creative Yud Tes Kislev Bingo game, led by Rabbi Karp, testing them on their Yud Tes Kislev trivia.
Master storyteller, Rabbi Shmuli Zalmanov enthralled the Talmidim with a story from the Alter Rebbe.
The preschool had an interactive and entertaining Yud Tes Kislev program with storyteller Mrs. Nechama Dina Schmukler.
The Talmidim of all divisions came away with Chassidishe inspiration from this unforgettable and eventful Yom Tov.
