As every year, on the evening of Isru Chag, hundreds of Tishrei guests gathered in Oholei Torah ballroom for a special Tzeischem L’Shalom farewell event hosted by Vaad Talmidei Hatmimim, with the participation of Rabbonim, Shluchim and known Mashpiim.
After a month packed full of events, during which the guests received much inspiration and took advantage of every moment to experience the month of Tishrei as the Rebbe wishes, the time has come for the visitors to return home and “pack their belongings properly” so that the effects of the Tishrei month will remain with them for the entire year ahead.
Among the speakers were: Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky – Vice Chairman of Merkos, Rabbi Yehuda Leib Schapiro, Rosh Yeshiva of Miami Yeshiva Gedolah, Rabbi Yosef Chaim Kantor – Head Shliach of Thailand, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Raskin, Shliach in Montreal, Canada, and Rabbi Menachem Mendel Scharf, Mashpia in the Lubavitch Mesivta of Detroit.
The event was ably MC’d by Menachem Mendel Beitsch.
