Yeshivas Lubavitch Toronto spent an incredible and uplifting Yud Shvat in Crown Heights beginning Friday night with a Farbrangen in Oholei Torah.
Shabbos day the Farbrangen continued at 2:30 with the Rosh Yeshivah, Rabbi Akiva Wagner and lasted well into Motzei Shabbos.
Rabbi Wagner spoke about how Yud Shvat applies to us today as well as the meaning of Iskafya to our generation.
Two nights of consecutive farbrenging did not stop the bochurim from coming to chassidus the next day in 770 and then after shacharis with the Rebbe’s Minyan and breakfast, Seder Nigleh continued in the basement of 770.
But the Farbrangen did not stop there, that night the Yeshivah sat with acclaimed Mashpia Rabbi Noam Wagner and were lucky enough to drink from his fountain of wisdom and draw inspiration from his wealth of Chassidishe stories and anecdotes.
Monday was spent contemplating this year’s Maamer of Bosi L’gani and putting the finishing touches on the Hachanos they had been preparing for the past month as the bochurim headed to the Ohel and then back to 770 for a final night of farbrenging to wrap up the inspiration acquired for the coming months.
On behalf of the Yeshivah we would like to thank the Drizin and Sperlin families for graciously hosting us and showing us how a true chassidishe home should look on Yud Shvat, as well as Rabbi Holtzberg for allowing us to learn in 770.
Dovi Goldberg..a real chossid
YLT is the best Rabbi Wagner is the best Rosh Yeshivah!!!!!
