A new Sefer Torah was dedicated on Monday by the Feldman family, marking the first Yartzeit of R’ Naftali Feldman OBM.
The writing of the final letters took place at the Feldman home in Flatbush.
The Torah was then led with singing and dancing to Rabbi Oshry’s Shul.
