During the Yom Kippur War, Reb Efraim Mol was stationed at Israel’s southern border with Sinai, when intelligence came in about a possible imminent chemical attack by the Egyptians.
Ordered to shave his beard in preparation to don a gask mask, Efraim convinced his superiors to allow him to consult the Rebbe first.

he did not refuse orders, he discussed it with his superiors and they agreed to the Rebbe’s proposal.
The Rebbe’s way was not to fight but to discuss and convince and COOPERATE without losing one’s conviction.
This is a sweet reminder, that when our holy Rebbe says something – it will be fulfilled in its entirety 1000%.
This should give us ‘chizuk’ regarding all the things the Rebbe said in connections the Geula Hoamitis V’hashleimo
SO INSPIRED!
