Inspiration, song, and joyous dancing filled Kings Theater in Brooklyn on Sunday night as 3,000 Jews of all types gathered for the largest Yud Tes Kislev gathering in the world.
Traveling from across the United States and beyond, the exuberant crowd united to mark the Rosh Hashana of Chassidus with singing and dancing to Niggunim and uplifting Chasidic stories and teachings.
The event, part of the annual Nafshi concert series, featured a star-studded lineup of performers singing both soulful and upbeat Chasidic Niggunim, including Eli Marcus, Shulem Lemmer, Joey Newcomb, Yehuda Green, and Benny Friedman. The event also featured Farbrenging and inspirational words from Rabbi Daniel Kalish, Rabbi Yoel Gold, and Rabbi YY Jacobson.
While it featured the top performers in Jewish music, the event was not just a concert, rather it was a joyful celebration of the gift of Chassidus and its teachings. Participants joined in and sang along, with thousands of voices thundering in unity, and the crowd breaking into Chasidic dancing throughout the 2 and a half hour event.
Throughout the evening, Chasidic teachings, stories, and insights were shared by the performers and speakers.
“The event was a celebration of the teachings that have illuminated our lives and brought communities together,” said a Colel Chabad representative. “To see thousands from so many cities uniting tonight is a testament to the power of Yud Tes Kislev and the timeless mission of Chassidus.”

Last night’s concert was honestly so meaningful and super professional. I left feeling really inspired. Colel Chabad does amazing work and helps so many people everyone should support them. Such an awesome organization!
I have to say, last night’s concert was honestly the best concert I’ve ever been at. The energy in the room was unreal like from the very first moment, you could literally feel it. The crowd, the music, the performers… everything was just bursting with this electric, uplifting vibe that kept getting stronger as the night went on.
