France jewish community is probably the most involved in jewish practice community in ethe world. a city like Paris has more kosher restaurants than New York. But keep in mind that paris has 250K Jews and NYC aroun 1000K. Marseille, the city that we live in shlichus, has over 30 kosher restaurants, 17 schools, 55 ortodox shuls, 20 kosher shops. Chicago, a city with over 250000 has the same number of kosher restaurants. We have over 80 Mariages a year. How many does Moscow has?
