Since the days of the Churban, a distant Jewish community has managed to preserve our holy heritage, generation after generation. Today, some 15,000 of our brothers and sisters live isolated in a remote land, holding the flame of Judaism in their region. The survival of that flame depends on you. Today, on Tisha’a Ba’av, let’s be there for our brethren.
Their Heritage. Your Responsibility.
Their Future. Your Promise.
Their Voices Behind the Wall. Your Mission Across the World.
This community has survived against staggering odds. War, regional conflict, and an extremely complicated environment have tested their resilience time and again.
Yet today, their struggle is growing more desperate.
“What we’re witnessing is the historic endurance of the Jewish soul, despite all odds,” said a rabbinical authority familiar with the matter. “This community has kept its flame alive with almost nothing. Now it’s our turn to respond – not with words, but with basic necessities. Because, when you feed a Jew who refuses to give up, you’re nourishing the soul of our entire people.”
More than 15,000 Jews live quietly under immense pressure. They face constant uncertainty, with families struggling to secure enough food, children denied access to steady Jewish education, and teens confronting the challenge of preserving their heritage in an isolated environment.
The community traces its origins to the destruction of the Bayis Rishon, yet the Chorban hasn’t ended for these Jews. They are doing their part, sustaining Jewish tradition with commitment and fortitude. But spiritual resilience requires fuel.
This is not just a community at risk; this is a call to action for the entire Jewish world.
They live in the shadows of conflict, yet their identity and faith remain unbroken. But without urgent help, this ancient community could be at risk.
Every contribution provides essential support to this vulnerable community.
Jewish children need the irreplaceable impact of summer camp and traditional Jewish education. Our precious mesorah must continue through local yeshivas.
Women’s programming and adult classes are essential; they can keep the flame alight throughout the community.
Teens are in tremendous need of programs designed to fortify their Jewish identities alongside their peers, ensuring yet another generation of children can continue in the footsteps of our Fathers.
Tisha’a Ba’av is upon us. We can do more than mourn. We can take action.
Give them stability. Give them continuity. Give them the ability to keep the flame of Yiddishkeit in their ancient homeland, until we are all reunited in the Beis Hamikdash Hashlishi with the immediate Geulah shalema.
All proceeds will fund food supplies in the Jewish community.

Does this article mention where this community is? Who is raising the money? Does someone know they are for sure Jewish? Is there a Chabad in their community? This article is very vague.
