It seems like all ‘santas’ are Jewish.Right?By me too santa is a Yid

their holiday starts at the END of the month, not the middle of the month. the people who sit at store sites weeks before the holiday dressed this way do it for pay not for “holy” purposes. the yid’l pictured isn’t in this costume because no one else was available to do this work but simply because he was looking for a seasonal paycheck.
re: the picture itself, it’s a prime example of real-life irony, wouldn’t you say?

Wow

To #9 I am friends with Mendel & Shneur, the picture was taken by the workers in the chratzmach booth not by you. You would not know if the teffilin were straight or not. To #1 & #3 the workers took pictures of when Shneur was putting the teffilin on him and it is clear from those pictures that Shneur made sure the teffilin were in the right place (both on the arm & head). Afterwards they posed for a picture and the teffilin moved (as many of the previous comments assumed) . If you want to see the pictures… Read more »

Shouldnt we be concerned that people will associate santa with frum jews? Especially since he has a long white beard!

What a unique photo.
Moshiach must be here.
😂🤣

Really?
December 12, 2017 11:41 pm

yes to thos who gave unwanted criticism
it really was unnecessary and puts a negative twist on something which really should happen more often. Why would someone else want to go and make a kiddush hashem if they get so much critique. Everything has its place and time and yes, it is important for teffillin to be done properly but this picture wasn’t posted with the caption “find 6 things wrong”.

To everyone commenting about the position of the Tefillin....

I took this picture – it was after the Tefillin were already put on and the Tefillin WERE straight during the brachos and Shema. Afterwards it strated slipping, as the picture was snapped.

Unwarranted criticism

RE: Nice but…..
The tefillin belong higher up on the arm this is not ok

Please, the Shel Rosh moved also,,,why assume they didn’t have it on the right place during Shema and they moved before the picture??!!

This is amazing mivtzoim. Hatzlucha in spreading mitzvahs and chassidus. One little critique that I am only saying because I care, and want things to improve is that the shel rosh does not look straight and the shel yad does not look like it’s in the right spot! (You all probably know but this can effect being yotzei the mitzvah, maybe cause brachas lvatala R”L, and isn’t exactly a kiddish Hashem when pictures are taken like this) I feel bad that this sounds a little harsh but I think it is important. On the other hand, I commend you on… Read more »
