Dear parents, grandparents, uncles and aunts, cousins, friends, and neighbors,
We live in very trying times. It is now over 20 years since Gimmul Tammuz and 26 years since we were told “the time of our redemption has arrived.” We are now experiencing an era with unprecedented distractions, pulling on our children from every direction.
However in the midst of this darkness there has been a beacon of light. Lubavitch headquarters, Merkos L’inyonei Chinuch and Tzivos Hashem, have joined forces to capture the hearts and mind of our children, inspiring them to become dedicated chayolim in Hashem’s army.
And that’s exactly what is happening. This year we’ve been provided with incredible ammunition that help chayolim stand strong though these last moment of golus and complete the mission for which Hashem created the world: geula.
I need not go into detail of their incredible work, as we all see it first hand. Whether it’s the inspirational and motivational rallies that the children look forward to, or their creative and informative Hachayol magazines. The motivation system of earning medals and ranks push our children to go beyond their limits, while raffles, points, prizes, and auctions keep them motivated. Tzivos Hashem brings the Rebbe’s horaos to life in the most amazing ways, with the stunning pushka personalized for each child and an unbelievable new Pirkei Avos. And of course, the legendary Chidon Sefer Hamitzvos, in which almost 2,000 kids participated.
What they are doing is working: they truly are changing lives, and these children will bring moshiach.
But they need your help. I am turning to you on their behalf to please consider this a life-saving cause, and a world-saving cause.
On the day of Lag B’omer, which is so connected with our Rebbe and our children we ask you to join the army by pushing beyond your limits and giving a little more than you can.
I am sure that the brochos you will see in return will be far greater than you can imagine.
