The video has since been re-uploaded
Just to clarify:
The video was created for the parade live broadcast. When the clowns entered eastern parkway, the background music that is seen at the end of the video, switches to another camera angle of the clowns entering the parade. The ending was not intended to be uploaded ending with blank screen with music.
