Like every typical girl, I dreamt of my wedding day all my life. I never thought of the possibility that I would be getting married in the midst of a pandemic, with 10 guests and none of them being my immediate family members.
Most stores were closed and I was scrambling to put together this wedding as soon as possible, given that my husband and I had a five-week engagement period.
We almost considered postponing the wedding (to who knows when). To my awe, Ten Yad was truly there for me. They graciously opened their doors just for me, to pick up the perfect gown, veil and everything I needed for my new home.
It was such a relief knowing I have their support. I’m eternally grateful to Ten Yad because of how much they mamash care for every single girl to feel beautiful and fully prepared on her wedding day.
It was so heartwarming to see the entire community coming together, so much so, that I would not change a single thing about my special day.
Thanks to Ten Yad, I was not only able to get married on the original date planned but was able to do so in a respectable and dignified manner. Despite the challenges, they made me feel like a real kallah getting married on her wedding day.
