We’ve recently lost many of our best both from the IDF and civilians HY’D.
We, Jewish community worldwide, have been under attack in both the media and the streets. In many situations this has lead to physical violence.
If you’ve been following the news you are aware that amongst the victims were Chabad Shluchim in Sweden, Holland and Bochurim in France.
Yesterday morning (Shabbos) the terror reached a lot closer to home. A member of the Crown Heights community was murdered in broad daylight for the crime of taking a quick vacation to visit his children living in South Florida.
Although we don’t know all the details yet, what is clear is that a Jew wearing religious garb, walking to Shul was shot and murdered by two assailants.
We must show up in mass numbers to the New York Levaya to give proper last respects.
The national media will be in attendance and our numbers will express our serious concerns about the recent disproportionate number of attacks against Jews worldwide.
May this be the last piece of bad news before the arrival of Moshiach.
The levaya will take place Monday, leaving Shomrei Hadas Chapels at 9:45 am and passing by 770 at 10:45 am.
