Students of United Lubavitcher Yeshiva of Ocean Parkway brought the light of Chanukah to others who unfortunately were unable to spend the Holiday with their family and friends.
Students of the 3rd grade, led by their dedicated and resourceful Rebbeim, Rabbi Reinetz and Rabbi Mendel Piekarski, traveled to Lutheran Medical Center to cheer the patients.
The students put on a short Chanukah skit and a choir performance that brought big smiles to patients of all ages.
The students left with a great feeling of accomplishment, knowing that they had a hand in lighting and uplifting the Chanukah spirit of another Jew.
Very cute; lets have more of this.
