Her new cookbook is awesome – i already tried some stuff and learnt so much. I have never seen this magazine before where is it fr sale?

Each page is a lesson in proper eating habits. Her writings interspersed throughout the book are gems of wisdom and absolute wit. this is the “bible” that everyone should possess and proudly use in their homes for a balanced lifestyle. DOWN WITH CHOLENT FOG!!! How can one learn when they are malnourished. Again Levana leads the way!!

"Bitayavon"(her book title) means "good appetite" and

Observant Jewish people in Israel are encouraged to say rather “La Briut”(to your health),as not to go after the ways of the gluttonous rituals of the nations.

the best food is home cooked!!! you know what you put in it and it is without all the chemicals that are in packaged food one buys!!!!! buy the real food! FRUIT, VEGETABLES,FISH ETC!
