How long does it take to set up?
If you noticed, in most of the pictures the people are wearing jackets. I would say that it is probably quite cool in there (maybe as cool as a refrigerator). Therefore, I would not worry about the temperature of the drinks!

I see they put the drinks on the tables already. Don’t they refrigirate them? (even if they put ice on the table, it´s not the same.)
