A Sefer Torah written in memory of R’ Shimon Ben-Abou, – owner of the Kosher Town Supermarket in Crown Heights who was a generous Baal Tzedaka, and founder of the Shul “Heichal Rashbi” in Crown Heights – to be dedicated by his wife and children this Thursday 7 Elul in honor of his first Yahrzeit – Lamed Av.
The family is inviting the community to join and partake in the Simcha.
The final letters of the Torah will be completed at 5:30 pm at his home 1379 Carroll St.
Followed by a procession at 7:00 pm to Lubavitcher Yeshiva 570 Crown St. for Hakofos.
Completing the night with a soulful Kumzitz.

There truly will never be someone like him again
May his neshama have an aliyah and long life to his dear family. A good person missed by many.
He did not know me personally but when I asked him for a donation for our new Shlichus, he did not hesitate and handed over a very nice donation in cash on the spot.
